What currency will I be billed in?

All payment are in New Zealand dollars and will attract GST

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Your card will be charged monthly until you cancel your subscription.

What happens if I change my subscription mid-month?

You will be charged the new subscription amount in full so it's best to make the change at the end of the month if you can. If you need to cancel mid-month, please contact us

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time by contacting us. Unless requested otherwise, access will be available until the end of the billing period where your account will be suspended

What happens if my card expires or declines?

In this case, your account will be suspended until the subscription is paid. You will need to contact us to have your account and data reinstated
