My Safety Guru gives everyone their own log in with the power to report accidents, hazards, near misses and to receive reminders when their PPE needs servicing/renewing or their training needs updating.

Let us take care of the grunt work. My Safety Guru has pre-written hazard registers for your convenience, we have researched industries and associated hazards for you. All you have to do is choose hazards that apply to you and import. It's as simple as that! You can of course upload your own if you have them.

Simple paperless accident and hazard reporting

Reporting accidents and near misses can be put in the too hard basket and therefore, often go unreported. Increase your visibility and take the pain out of accident reporting with our simple online reporting tool – a few clicks and you are done! My Safety Guru has a simple, easy to use training register to help keep on top of important training certifications. Simply load the training information against a staff member and select a due date. My Safety Guru will remind you one month and again two weeks before training is up for renewal.

Ensuring you have safety gear is one thing, making sure it is up to the job is another. For any safety equipment you need to service or replace, simply enter the details once with a review date and let My Safety Guru remind you when it’s time for a check-up!
